You complete me

Do you know what you mean to me?
You are my life, my destiny,
Without you I am just wandering,
Like a spaceman longing gravity,
Like Beethoven without symphony,
Like a speaker needing addressee,
Like a poet wanting a paper blank,
Like newton minus apple tree.

Yes! You complete me,
In ways you’ll never know,
I need you closer,
Closer than my own soul can go.

I’ll assimilate you, in my existence,
My love will be forever persistent,
I’ll breathe you, till I am breathing,
I need you for my subsistence.

Yes that is what you mean to me,
My life, my destiny,
You’re the oasis I am searching for,

In a world of mirages plenty.

The Burden

‘Can you decode the pain I hide?
The tears I shed, in darkness alone,
Can you not sense, my smiles are weak?
The reason I crumble like a stone
Like a stone whose bore the brunt of fear,
And the frigidness of the world’s icy stares,
Like those rocks getting punched by the waves,
Rising high from the sea of despair?

The story of Barney Stinson

"This is a token of thanks for the most awesome TV character ever, who entertained was 9 years straight without fail. Barney Stinson- The life and soul of HIMYM"

It was just me and you,
I knew what you wanted to do,
A look in your eyes and I knew,
How this will end too.

Yes I have always been mean and so I didn’t tell,
How could have said no to you, for my charm you fell,
We ended up spending the night in the bed,
Left our bodies all scratched, sweaty and red,
But now that it’s over, why don’t you understand?
Baby it was just a one night stand.

I know you thought I was your perfect dream,
But I fear I am just not right for this scene,
And it has been my story, has always been,
Every morning I leave a women talking in screams,
Alas! I can’t leave a candy like you slip out of hand,
Like a stream of water, you wet my desert sand,
And I may rot in hell, but sorry I just can’t,
I love saying the line “slam, bang, thank you mam!”

Pulling pages out of my playbook, fooling the dames,
I have “screwed” women from every country you name,
And yes there have been times, when I did fall in love,
When I tried to mend my ways, but it never worked,
I even tried marriage, but it ended pretty fast,
Lorenzo von Matterhorn was back living his past.

I had a perfect month, as I drained myself,
Little did I know that it would be “The end”,
The end rang me up, I’m pregnant she said,
I ended up in an hospital; unprepared,
Friends pushed me inside, my world came to halt,
As I picked up that bundle of joy, I was lost,
Moved to tears, she was a godsend,
For every new beginning, there has to be an end.

Too late for a sorry

How do I say sorry?
I find it hard to say,
I see it written,
We’ll never be the same.
How I wish for the things to fall back,
I know our life won’t be back on the track,
And I know, it was all my mistake,
This smile I have, no longer can I fake,
I need to find a window,
To crawl out of my misery,
And if I don’t find you,
Have mercy and just kill me.

How do I say sorry?
How do I make it right?
It plagues my sunshine,
And putrefies my nights.
And every moment I live,
I breathe in my death,
If you don’t trust me,
Come kiss me feel my breath,
I need to find a road,
To drive away from pain,
And if I don’t reach you,
Wipe me like a stain.

Yes I am sorry,
But words I fail to say,
Your angry eyes,
Bury me in my shame,
I try to find,
A way to plead,
A way to die,
Is all that I need,
A way to say,
How sorry I feel,
A way to die,
Yes, I really need.

Dance, Dance, Dance

Stop tapping your feet,
Stop listening to the beat,
Get up and shake your booty,
You ain’t here on a duty,
So let your hair down,
Have fun like a clown,
Give me a 1, 2, 3,
And let your body free
               And let your body free,
               And let your body free.

Dance, dance, dance,
Come on put a step right, right, right,
Set the floor on fire on this night,
Dance, dance, dance,
Come on make a move left, left, left,
Show the world why you are best.

Yes, give me that move,
You know how to groove,
Jump up and the punch the air,
Yes, you have got that flair,
Now add a twist to it,
You are now super hit,
Give me a 3, 2, 1,
Yes that is how it’s done,
Yes that is how it’s done,
Yes that is how it’s done.

Dance, dance, dance,
Come on take a step back, back, back,
Yes that move is right for this track,
Dance, dance, dance,
Go on jump ahead and up, up, up,
You’ve won the damn dancing cup.
